Auburn Ravine Terrace
Auburn Ravine Terrace is the 188 bed residential/continuity-of-care facility located near the entry to the church property hill. Opened in 1980, it currently provides three levels of care – independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. It also provides HUD low cost apartments for some residents in financial need. Several members of the congregation are resident of ART.
This amazing and successful facility resulted from the vision of Ron Westerman, then Pastor, now Pastor Emeritus here at FCCA/UCC, and a group of members of the congregation. It is managed by the non-profit Retirement Housing Foundation.
FCCA/UCC remains actively involved in ART operation in three areas:
Pastoral care services to residents, membership on the governing board, and membership in the ART Guild which provides a “shopping cart”, library services and financial contributions to the ART activities department.
