Habitat For Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is an ecumenical non-profit Christian ministry whose vision is that of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. The mission is to put God’s love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope. Built with donated labor, materials and dollars, HFH houses are sold to affiliate-selected families at no profit and no interest. HFH houses are simple, decent and affordable to low income families around the world. There are more than 1500 local affiliates in the US, and more than 70 affiliated national organizations worldwide. More than 4 million people in need have been served since HFH was founded. Building with people in need, regardless of race of religion, volunteers and supporters from all backgrounds and skill levels are always welcome.
