Community Spotlight Presentation
Sunday, March 9, 11:15 am Fireside
Come join your Board of Community Ministries (BOCM) in welcoming Mark Hall of Seniors First to our church. Mark will present an overview of their
organization’s Placer Rides Program aimed at supporting seniors’ transportation needs by providing financial support (mileage reimbursements) for volunteer drivers willing to drive seniors to their medical appointments, grocery shopping, transportation centers, etc. Details of the program will be presented
and attendees will be able to share experiences and ask questions.
Mark will also discuss the Seniors First Program that provides support and an array of other programs aimed at supporting our senior population. Mark’s appearance is a continued effort on the part of BOCM to provide connection to the many local non-profit organizations that serve the needs of the un-served and under-served.

Volunteers Needed!

Yardwork Volunteers Needed
The church is looking for a few volunteers to
spruce up the Bell Tower Garden and
the Memorial Garden located between the
Sanctuary and Pastor Dan's office, prior to
August 24. Hedge trimming, pruning, and edg-
ing would be most appreciated, thank you!

Sunday School Volunteers:
We're looking for spare hands to help with Sunday School as an aide. Our goal is to have a group of folks so that individuals will be helping once every three months or so. Men and women, young and old, it's your chance to hang for about 45 minutes with some of the funnest folks at church! Please stop by Pilgrim Hall before or after church for more information.
